WHAT IS N.B.A.P.E.A.
The New Brunswick Psychiatric Advancement Association is a non-profit organization incorporated since 2005 in the Canadian province of New Brunswick.
The association’s office is made up of members practicing in the northwestern part of the province.
It meets about once a month and an annual meeting is organized.

WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES OF N.B.A.P.E.A?
The essential objective is to promote training, research and education in mental health. The proposed training aims at acquiring knowledge that improves the practices of professionals practicing in the medical and psychosocial fields.
The N.B.A.P.E.A Since 2005, it has offered two to three courses a year, including an annual psychiatric symposium.

ARE THESE TRAININGS ACCREDITED BY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS?
All courses organized by the N.B.A.P.E.A. have been accredited by the Royal College of Canada and other professional bodies on a case-by-case basis.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUGGEST A TRAINING PROJECT?
Any request for a training project is welcome and can be made by contacting us.
Most of the trainings are put in place following suggestions made by participants, in particular by writing evaluation sheets.

IS THERE AN EVALUATION OF EACH TRAINING BY PARTICIPANTS?
Each course is evaluated by the participants who complete a specific evaluation sheet.
Subsequently these cards are analyzed by the members of the organizing committee.
